Today I decided to tell you just a few important reasons why Yves Saint Laurent is a true Designer. He was only 21 when he unveiled his first collection as head designer for Christian Dior in 1958. He knew that “Le Smoking” – a tuxedo with a nip here and tuck there paired along with a nice lean body slimming silhouette could do wonders for a woman and make her look jaw droppingly sexy. And mostly because his innovative styles were all over the map, from the trapeze dress to the safari look and my personal favorite, the thigh high boots. Today I pay homage to a great fashion icon and say Thank You, YSL!
